Inturotel
A digital project reflecting the purpose and evolution of this hotel chain's new image with a fresh, creative, and different look & feel and concept.
eMascaró has conceptualized the architecture, design and development of a new website for Inturotel, a chain of 6 soulful hotels located in the Cala d'Or area, in Mallorca. The goal has been to adapt the branding to the web through a unified chromatic language based on the colors of the company's new logo, integrate its own booking engine and create a personalized private area for the hotels' customers.
Design and Art Direction
In the design, we have adapted the chromatic range that makes up the five colors of the company's logo, creating different applications for the web content. In this way, a unique, creative, coherent and differential visual identity has been achieved that brings a mix of elegance and color at the same time to the different sections of the site. In addition, the user experience becomes more enjoyable, familiar and pleasant.
Development
The web has been tailor-made using the eMascaró's own CMS Vento®, which allows managing the web independently and covers all stages of the Customer Journey and improves the capture, conversion and retention of users in the online channel. We also integrated a system of its own real-time reservations, interactive virtual maps, an integrated blog with agile navigation through tags, landings to reinforce the SEO content strategy, integration of customer reviews and dynamic Instagram wall, among others.
Loyalty Strategy
We defined, designed and developed the "InturotelFan" project, tailored and personalized. It consists in a customer loyalty club in the form of a private area which users access through a password and where exclusive promotions and advantages are offered, as well as free services and activities in the different hotels of the Balearic chain.
