DREAMPLACE Hotels & Resorts
A dynamic and personalized digital project for a family chain of hotels born in Tenerife in 1988, which currently has 3 distinct brands and 7 hotels in 4 destinations in the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
eMascaró has created the digital project for Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts chain, conceptualizing the group's corporate website and including a graphical segmentation of the different hotel targets, as well as an integrated children's portal on the website. The project also aims to enhance the experiences that can be enjoyed in the hotels and surroundings. It is a living and evolving project since, once the website is published, there's a follow-up of the customer's SEO positioning strategy.
Design and Art Direction
eMascaró has designed and created the visual and graphic part, characterized by a minimalist graphic in which the segmentation of the different types of public (Relax, Families, Couples, Urban) stands out, through a code of four colors and a personalized iconography, which makes navigation much more intuitive and agile. There have been included experiential videos for each target and a custom-made interactive children's portal with themed activities for the smallest customers, built in collaboration with the contents department of the hotel chain.
Development
The website has been tailor-made developed using the eMascaró's own CMS Vento® and integrating, among other tools, a reservation engine to promote direct sales, a system of hotel link to each destination, as well as the interactive portal aimed at the children's audience. Each hotel also has an integrated interactive maps that allows the user to make a virtual tour to discover the facilities and surroundings of each accommodation, the website also integrates its own opinion system and the dynamic Instagram wall.
Sales strategy
There has been designed a page of offers with a filter categorized by hotel, destination and target audience in order to unite all the information and make it easier to directly book exclusive offers and boost conversion.
